Booked double room with a writing desk and a chair. The staff was GOOD, kind all the time. The location was particularly good, next to restaurants and shopping, and phoenixville, valley forge and grandview speedway.

Very pretty and great location to Kimberton Whole Foods. The rooms with micro-fridge, microwave and a large TV, very kind staff on every shift.

Beds were too soft.

The room was perfectly clean, had very comfy and included a microwave and a fridge. All the staff was really good. The location was particularly good, outside of the downtown area, it's a plus.

Its location in Phoenixville was marvellous, just off many activities, and the downtown area.

I liked the hotel! The venue was well-kept, however I stayed for 1 night only. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, close to the Phil's Expo. Moreover, it's close to many stores, and Valley Forge. The staff was very pleasant at this place. The breakfast with coffee/tea.

I really enjoyed the room, the bed was extremely comfy. The en suite bathroom. The location was favourable and very pretty, convenient to many activities, in the very nice area.

The room was a nice size with a large TV and fridge, for example, had everything we wanted.

We had a very pleasant stay at a charming inn. The front desk staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating. The inn may be a bit dated, but it was clean, safe, and had a happy, friendly small town feel. The affordable price was a bonus! we really felt that the family-owned operation truly cared about their visitors.
